Reiki Level 1 : Attunement & Training
An initiation into the art of energy healing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice of channeling universal life force energy to support balance, restoration, and healing on all levels — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
In this training, you’ll be introduced to the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing and receive your Level I Attunement — the energetic opening that allows Reiki to flow through you, rather than from you.
Led by Amanda Chirumbolo-Miller, Founder of ALLORA Health & Wellness, this training is both educational and experiential — a sacred invitation to remember what has always been within you.
What You’ll Learn & Experience:
The history, lineage, and philosophy of Usui Reiki
The Five Reiki Principles and how to live them daily
Understanding the Chakra system and energy anatomy
Traditional hand placements for self-healing and sharing Reiki with others
Intuitive techniques for energy connection and flow
Guided meditations and grounding rituals
Your Level I Reiki Attunement ceremony
Practice time with fellow students
No prior experience is needed — simply an open heart and willingness to receive.
