The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means universal, and "ki," which means life force energy.

Reiki is a holistic healing and relaxation technique that originated in Japan and is based on the principle of channeling universal life energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This energy helps to remove blockages and restore balance to the body's energy centers, or chakras, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and healing on all levels.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that flows through us all. Everyone has the innate ability to channel this universal life force — however, an attunement from a Reiki Master deepens this connection, allowing Reiki energy to flow through you rather than from you.

Through the attunement process, energetic pathways open and align, expanding your ability to hold, transmit, and share healing energy — for yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

At ALLORA, Reiki attunements and trainings are offered in a supportive, heart-centered environment — blending traditional Usui teachings with modern embodiment practices, intuitive development, and sound healing principles.

  • Attunements are offered in-person at the ALLORA Studio or live online.

  • Private 1:1 trainings and mentorship are available by request.

    Reiki Level I is your initiation into the Usui Reiki healing system — an invitation to remember what has always been within you.
    During this immersive one-day training, you’ll:

    • Learn the history and principles of Reiki

    • Explore the Chakra system and energy anatomy

    • Practice traditional hand placements and intuitive techniques

    • Receive your Level I attunement, opening your energetic channel

    • Cultivate daily self-healing rituals and ways to integrate Reiki into everyday life

    No prior experience is required — simply a willingness to open your heart and hands to the universal life force.

    Includes: Reiki Level I manual, certificate, and group practice session.

  • Investment: $275
    Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Level I Attunement

    In Level II, your Reiki practice expands beyond the self to include others and the collective. This one-day training focuses on amplifying your energetic frequency and deepening your intuitive capacity as a practitioner.

    You will:

    • Learn and work with the first three sacred Reiki symbols

    • Explore emotional and distance healing

    • Practice sending Reiki beyond time and space

    • Learn energetic cleansing for home, studio, and sacred tools

    • Explore the foundations of building a Reiki practice or business

    Includes: Reiki Level II manual, certificate, and group distance-healing practicum.

  • Investment:

    • Master Only — $400

    • Master + Teacher Combo — $600

    • Teacher Only (for existing Masters) — $400
      Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Level I & II Attunements

    The Master Level is a sacred return — a remembering of your wholeness and your role as a steward of this lineage.
    In this advanced one-day training, you will:

    • Review and integrate Levels I & II

    • Receive the Reiki Master attunement

    • Learn the Usui Master symbol and its applications

    • Practice advanced energy techniques and breathwork

    • Deepen your understanding of energetic ethics and boundaries

    For those called to teach, the Master-Teacher training includes:

    • How to facilitate Reiki classes and attunements

    • Guidance on mentoring new practitioners

    • Teacher training manual and certification
