Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice of channeling universal life force energy to support balance, restoration, and healing on all levels — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Each month, ALLORA hosts one Reiki training within the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing. Sessions alternate between Level I and Level II — so whether you're stepping into this work for the first time or deepening a practice already underway, there is a place for you here.
Led by Amanda Chirumbolo-Miller, Founder of ALLORA Health + Wellness, each training is both educational and experiential — a sacred invitation to remember what has always been within you.
Reiki Level I: Attunement & Training
An initiation into the art of energy healing
In this training, you'll be introduced to the foundations of Usui Reiki and receive your Level I Attunement — the energetic opening that allows Reiki to flow through you, rather than from you.

The history, lineage, and philosophy of Usui Reiki
The Five Reiki Principles and how to live them daily
Understanding the chakra system and energy anatomy
Traditional hand placements for self-healing and sharing Reiki with others
Intuitive techniques for energy connection and flow
Guided meditations and grounding rituals
Your Level I Attunement ceremony
Practice time with fellow students

Reiki Level II: Practitioner Training & Attunement
Deepening your practice. Expanding your reach.
If Level I opened the channel, Level II strengthens it.
In this training, you will receive your Level II Attunement and be introduced to the three sacred Reiki symbols — tools that refine intention, amplify energetic flow, and support emotional, mental, and distance healing.
This is where intuition deepens. This is where confidence builds. This is where practice becomes embodied.

The three sacred Reiki Level II symbols and their traditional uses
Emotional and mental healing techniques
Distance Reiki — sending healing across time and space
Strengthening energetic boundaries and practitioner hygiene
Refining intuition and energetic sensitivity
Ethics of offering Reiki professionally
Guided meditation and symbol activation practices
Your Level II Attunement ceremony
Extended hands-on practice and partner exchange

Prerequisite: Completion of Usui Reiki Level I (certificate required). Students are encouraged to have practiced consistent self-Reiki for a minimum of 90 days prior to attending.
