Q: What should I know before attending an ALLORA Community Event or Private Session?

ALLORA Health + Wellness recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning adding a new wellness modality into your routine. When participating in any exercise or movement offering, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or movement offering, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Q: What kind of offerings do you provide?

ALLORA Health + Wellness stands by their four pillars of the ALLORA Method: Movement (yoga), Meditation, Breath work, and Sound Medicine. Whether you attend a community event offering or book an individual healing session, every class is rooted in these essential and critical pillars of well being.

Q: What level of practice is required?

If you are attending an ALLORA Community Event, all levels and bodies are welcomed. Depending on your body’s needs, modifications are available for the various asanas (postures). For private and individual sessions, a customizable approach is taken based on your needs, level and healing.

Yoga Events, Sound Events + Small Group/Private Classes: You must bring your own yoga mat and any additional props you may need. It is also recommended to bring a throw blanket to ensure you are comfortable. When you enter a deep relaxation, the body temperature tends to drop so the blanket or light layer is very helpful.
