Prenatal & Postpartum Wellness Gathering for ALLORA Birth Clients- Expanded

Birth Circle+ is a seasonal outdoor gathering that brings together the full ALLORA birth community — current pregnant clients and postpartum mamas and birthing people with babies one year old and younger. It is a space to slow down, connect, and be held in community across every phase of the birth journey.

Each gathering weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and sound to support the physical, emotional, and nervous system needs of both pregnancy and early postpartum life. These circles are intentionally intimate, creating space for presence, shared experience, and real connection among those walking similar paths — babies welcome and encouraged.

Birth Circle+ reflects ALLORA's commitment to community care beyond the birth itself. This is a donation-based offering, with all proceeds supporting the ALLORA Birth Scholarship Fund, which provides free and discounted perinatal doula support to families in the Pittsburgh community.

Registration is open to current and previous ALLORA birth clients. This offering represents the heart of what ALLORA is — grounded, holistic, deeply relational, and rooted in the belief that the village matters long after birth day.
