Reconnect, Heal, and Honor Your Inner Child
Join us this month for an Inner Child Reiki Circle at ALLORA Studio, where we’ll gather in a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked or forgotten. Through Reiki healing, guided meditation, and reflection, we will focus on releasing emotional tension, balancing the nervous system, and creating a deeper connection to our inner child.
What to Expect:
Intention setting and grounding to open the space for healing and connection.
A guided meditation to reconnect with your inner child, encouraging emotional release and personal growth.
A group Reiki session designed to soothe your nervous system and support deep healing.
A shared community space where you can feel safe, held, and supported.
A sacred altar will be created with the energy of the group, and we invite you to bring a photo of yourself as a child to add to the altar. This is an opportunity to honor your journey, connect with your past self, and embrace healing from within.
Tea and beverages to sip on and nourish your body after the session.
This circle is an opportunity to honor and nurture the parts of you that may need attention and healing, allowing space for self-reflection and growth. No prior Reiki experience is required—just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to reconnect with your inner child.
