On the day dedicated to CELEBRATION + INDULGENCE (Fat Tuesday), we gather in The Ceremonial Treehouse to soften the heart and unlock new dimensions of love. Join our founder, Amanda Chirumbolo Miller, and sip your way into stillness as she guides us through a heart opening sound journey & cacao ceremony to awaken and amplify.
Tapping into the gifts of this sacred and ancient medicine, cacao has been widely used by the Mayan, Inca and Aztec people as a healing ceremony and ritual to increase consciousness and connection to spirit. Cacao is considered the “food of the gods” and is used in sacred ceremonies and rituals.
In this 90-minute Heart Opening Sound + Cacao Ceremony, we sit in a circle as we honor and bless the sacred cacao. Setting an intention and guiding our breath we calm the nervous system allowing the physical body to be open to the expansion sound and cacao provides.
Combining cacao with sound healing enhances the healing potential of both medicines, helping us to transcend lower vibrations and bring us into harmony and homeostasis, so we may remember and return to our soul purpose. So we may remember and return to love.

CONSIDERATIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:
It is recommended to eat a light meal or snack prior to class and avoid heavy foods and alcohol.
Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine then please consult with me and we will discuss you having a smaller dose.
Cacao can react with anti depressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking.
