Join Meeraj of Inspirit Community and Amanda of ALLORA Health + Wellness for an evening dedicated to soul charging and clearing at The Village Center For Holistic Therapy in Shaler on Sunday, February 26th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
This collaborative event will give attendees a euphoric experience to promote deep relaxation and healing through Sound Therapy and Reiki. Participants will find rest in a supportive pose while Amanda floods the space with the sacred sounds of seven Himalayan Quartz Crystal Bowls, she will guide us into a deep state of relaxation, using body awareness as well as visualization techniques to connect to the soul on a deeper level.
Meeraj will utilize the energetic modality of Reiki with each participant. Reiki for those that are unfamiliar is a complementary therapy that improves the flow of energy around the body. Improving the flow of energy can aid stress relief, and relieve pain, and symptoms of illness. Reiki channels universal energy known as ki, pronounced: “chi.” The practitioner is a conduit for the universal energy that flows from their palms to the client which is a non-invasive approach.
Through reiki and sound healing, participants can expect to cleanse, rebalance, and recharge their physical, energetic, and spiritual bodies allowing the body to return to homeostasis and balance.
