Join Amanda, ALLORA Health + Wellness Founder in the Ceremonial Moon Studio (formerly the Treehouse) for a donation-based community sound bath celebrating Ceremonial’s Fall Fest! We are so grateful to our Ceremonial Community and honored to be able to weave sonic spells in such a magical and loving space.

There will be TWO classes + time options for the community sound bath:

• 1:00 - 1:30pm

• 2:00 - 2:30pm
  

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this 30-minute sound bath, a sonic spell will be casted utilizing seven Himalayan Quartz Crystal Bowls that are tuned to specific tones and frequencies. These tones and frequencies can be found throughout the spiritual, energetic and physical realms.

This session will allow us to be still and surrender to the healing frequencies so that, we can hear to the whispers of the universe.

There are many benefits to sound baths which include, reducing stress + anxiety, improving sleep, increasing energy, pain and tension reduction, stimulate the immune system, enhance creativity and improve mood. Not only do we get many physical benefits, but this sound bath will allow you to connect to spirit, provide a psychic cleansing, and realign you to purpose and love.
