Restorative Yoga
Monday, April 27th
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Location: The ALLORA Studio
A practice of deep rest and gentle renewal
There is a difference between sleep and rest.
And many of us are carrying more than we realize.
This special evening marks one of the first of what may become a regular restorative offering inside the ALLORA Studio — created in response to your requests for a softer, slower space to land.
Restorative yoga is not about stretching deeply or building strength. It is about being held.
Using supportive props, intentional stillness, and guided breath awareness, we’ll settle into a series of long-held, fully supported postures designed to calm the nervous system, regulate the body, and invite true restoration.
This is a practice for:
– Those feeling overstimulated or depleted
– Those navigating transition or change
– Those seeking deeper nervous system support
– Anyone craving quiet, spacious rest
Expect gentle guidance, subtle hands-on support (optional), and an environment designed to feel grounding and safe. The studio will be warm, softly lit, and intentionally unhurried.
This offering is open to all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
If the response is strong, this will become a monthly exhale woven into our calendar — a place to return when the nervous system needs tending.
Come as you are. All props and supportive tools are provided — simply arrive in comfortable clothing and allow yourself to be held.
Come rest.
Come soften.
Come be supported.
