This heart-centered circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to rhythm—within yourself and in relationship.
Inspired by the familiar container of our Closing Circle, this gathering focuses on coherence: the state in which the heart, brain (and nervous system) begin to communicate with ease. Through cacao, Reiki, and sound, the body is gently supported in opening, regulating, and reconnecting.
Held on Valentine’s weekend, this experience honors love in all its forms. You’re welcome to attend with a partner, friend, or loved one—or to come solo and deepen your relationship with yourself.

Reiki energy offered as a shared, supportive field
A curated sound journey designed to encourage resonance, entrainment, and deep rest
As sound moves through the space, it naturally invites the body into rhythm—supporting coherence within and, when shared, between nervous systems.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, softened, and connected.
All props are provided for comfort and support. You’re welcome to bring a journal for personal reflection.
