Four times per year, we gather to honor the natural transitions that mirror our own: spring emergence, summer expansion, autumn release, and winter rest. Each gathering weaves together sound, movement, meditation, and ritual — allowing space to pause, reset, and realign with what is unfolding in both the inner and outer worlds.

Between gatherings, members are invited to stay connected through ongoing virtual classes and open studio sessions that anchor the body and steady the mind. This portal access offers rhythm, accountability, and continuity — gentle reminders to return to your practice, even amidst the movement of life.

Each season, members receive guided practices to support their own exploration — journal prompts, meditations, breathwork recordings, or small rituals to be practiced at home. These tools are meant to deepen awareness, awaken curiosity, and invite reflection long after the circle closes.

Members receive early access to special events, workshops, retreats, and educational offerings within the ALLORA continuum. These experiences build upon the themes explored in Circle gatherings, creating pathways for continued learning and transformation.
